VarTech Systems has redesigned several of its VTPC150V, VTPC150VS, VTPC170V, and VTPC170VS fully enclosed NEMA 4 and 4X VESA mount ToughStation industrial computers. The new design features a much thinner 5.55″ profile. VESA mounting and a thinner depth profile makes these models valuable space savers with high versatility in mounting.
The VTPC150VS and VTPC170VS models feature VarTech’s best-in-class stainless steel NEMA 4X (IP66) enclosure. The VTPC150V and VTPC170V models feature a rugged gasket sealed NEMA 4 (IP65) black powder coated aluminum enclosed housing. All four models fully enclosed design without any ventilation slots and external fans makes them completely splash-proof and dust-proof and as such achieves NEMA 4/4X (IP65/IP66) protection.
These fully enclosed NEMA 4 and 4X VESA mount ToughStation industrial computers are equipped with high-contrast, ultra durable industrial TFT displays that guarantee high quality images, even under deteriorated conditions. They are integrated with resistive touch screens which allow easy operation even when wearing gloves. All are ideally designed for pharmaceutical operation, factory process automation, and other harsh environments needing NEMA protection against windblown dust and rain, splashing or hose-directed water, and ice formation. These VESA mount all-in-one computers also use a thermal management system to allow them to operate in temperatures ranging from 0° to 50°C with optional operational extended temperatures of -20°C.
These fully sealed computers are equipped with high performance Intel Pentium Core Duo processor (1.73 GHz), 120GB SATA 5400 RPM Hard Disk, 2GB of RAM, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 and Windows XP Pro operating system.
These units feature 7 sealed and gasketted input/output connections which can feature several combinations according to the customers application needs.
